The most cost effective way to purchase woodchip or wood pellets is through a heat supply contract.
The majority of customers choose to take up our bioHeat Energy Services packages. Through this they get peace of mind and financial security. Their boiler and fuel supply are being managed by a team of professionals, experts that understand the technology and logistics involved in running a biomass system. This will ensure that their installation will work reliably and at a fixed energy cost over the life of the contract. The only increase will be an agreed factor to cover inflation.
Each package is modified to suit the client and their requirements, they can choose from the following
- Remote boiler monitoring, control and heat metering.
- Routine operation & maintenance.
- Call-out & breakdown repair.
- Annual inspection and report.
- Heat supply contract. The fuel is valued on a delivered kW basis. This figure is agreed and fixed over the life of the contract (subject to inflation). The heat meter is read on a monthly basis and invoiced accordingly.
- Capital finance (subject to status)
- Duration 5 – 20 years. Short term contracts are available utilising the Energy Cabin boilers. These can be bought to site and set up within 2 hours.
